We offer financial planning, asset management, short-term insurance, tax, and estate planning to medical practitioners nationally.About the role:We are seeking suitably experienced financial advisors who are self-motivated, dynamic and who share a passion for service excellence to join our growing team.The role is about shaping the future of our niche client base and assisting them to achieve their financial goals by providing them with holistic financial advice which encourages their financial freedom. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of financial planning and investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within our existing and new client base, as well as building and maintaining good relationships with our clients and providing them with the best financial advice.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for identifying new business.Provide customized financial planning and investment advice to existing and new clients based on their individual goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial products, investment strategies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.Analyse financial data, review clients' investment portfolios, and make recommendations to optimize their financial objectives.Assist clients in completing applications, medical examinations, and all other documentation required for insurance underwriting.Continuously monitor and review client portfolios to ensure policies remain relevant, efficient, and aligned with their evolving needs.Face to face meetings and brand awareness – with regards to our Tax Department, Billing Department, Short Term Department, Fiduciary etc.Desired Experience & QualificationCriteriaMinimum of 3 -5 years' experience (preferably in sales)Valid driver's license and own vehicle (Non-negotiable)Clear criminal and credit checkQualifications:Minimum requirements: NQF5, RE5, Class of Business Long Term Insurance (Non-negotiable) CFP candidates preferred.Package & RemunerationR15k – R20k + CommissionInterested?A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
