This prestigious Private Game Reserve is dedicated to providing exceptional wildlife experiences and conservation efforts.Salary: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum (negotiable)About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the Shareblock, ensuring seamless management and governance.Manage payroll and staff benefits efficientlyOversee financial management and ensure compliance with regulationsMaintain accurate debtor and creditor recordsMonitor banking and cash flow to optimize financial performanceImplement stock control measures to minimize lossesAccurately record asset register and depreciationEnsure adequate insurance coveragePrepare VAT returns and IRP5 documents on timeOrganize and maintain member filesRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly desirableMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial roleProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelStrong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principlesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team
