As the Financial Operations Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing operations , financial analysis , and business process optimisation . The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing teams , implementing business processes , and ensuring compliance with financial and SHEQ standards . Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure efficient and effective performance. Set clear objectives, provide counseling, and manage performance for optimal team contributions. Manage the national Rentals ERP systems and ensure ISO compliance. Oversee national financial analysis, invoicing, and credit note processes. Ensure accurate billing aligned with lease agreements. Manage transport administration, fleet, assets, stock integrity, and reconciliations. Take ownership of debtor management, risk management, and legal matters. Facilitate internal audits, branch visits, and training for continuous improvement. Ensure timely and accurate reporting. Manage capex, price lists, escalation functions, and audit processes (financial/SHEQ). Develop and train team members on ISO-aligned business processes. Conduct compliance audits and improve national business processes. Requirements Matric and a relevant BCom Degree or equivalent. Technical expertise in business process development, revenue and credit note processes, and general ledger management. Proven knowledge of financial analysis and reporting , fleet , and asset control. Strong management , negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in ERP systemsa and MS Office.
