About the Role: As the Financial Operations Manager, you will develop financial strategies, manage financial systems, and ensure compliance. Requirements: CA(SA) or Finance qualification; 2-3 years of post-articles experience (for CAs), or 5 years experience for other candidates; Experience in Telecommunications, Property, Manufacturing, IT Services, or Industrial sectors; Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop financial strategies to drive company goals; Manage financial systems including accounting software and other tools; Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk management; Lead operational teams and provide coaching and support.
