Duties: Developing financial strategies: be responsible for developing financial strategies to help the company achieve its goals. This includes identifying areas where the company can improve financial performance, developing financial models and forecasts, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities Managing financial systems: responsible for managing financial systems, including accounting software and other financial management tools. This includes ensuring that these systems are up-to-date, efficient, and effective Ensuring compliance Managing financial risks: You will be responsible for identifying and managing financial risks, such as credit risk and market risk. This includes developing risk management strategies and implementing risk management processes to ensure that the company is protected from financial losses Leading operational teams: This includes providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently Business Development: Assisting in growing the business division and maintaining relationships with the current clients Requirements: Qualification & Experience: CA(SA)/ Finance qualification 2 -3 years post articles experience for CAs and 5 years experience for other finance candidates Previous experience in Telecommunications Property Manufacturing IT Services Industrial Knowledge, Attributes and Skills Being Responsive High level of agility Being action orientated Creating positive movement Resolving challenges Delivering success Identify and develop key opportunities within the business.
