We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Financial Operations Associate to join our Finance and Operations team in our Cape Town office. This role is an excellent opportunity for newly graduated individuals who wish to start a career in finance and obtain tangible operational and financial experience in the field of payroll, accounts receivable management and other finance operations. This role will report to the Finance & Operations Manager and offers the opportunity to develop a career as a finance professional in a global business.

Weekly temp payroll preparation and processingWeekly & monthly client invoice processing and send outWeekly & monthly client statements send outClient relationship managementAccounts receivable chasing and managing the debtors bookImporting weekly & monthly client invoicing into the accounting systemCandidate query managementAdhoc financial operations related tasks as required by Finance & Operations Manager
This role requires the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPrior experience in credit control, billing or payroll advantageous

Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary of R180000 to R204000 annually depending on qualification and experience
Quarterly bonus scheme post probation
