Financial Officer: Creditor Reconciliation

CORE PURPOSE OF JOB To reconcile Nelson Mandela University Creditor accounts on a monthly basis.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Reconcile Nelson Mandela University Creditor Accounts on a monthly basis.
Produce monthly reports relating to the above.
Make value adding contributions to Audit, Departmental, Supplier queries.
CORE COMPETENCIES Ability to reconcile large amount of creditor accounts
Ability to investigate and follow up on reconciling items timeously
Understanding of Accounts Payable procedures in a large corporate ERP environment Advanced MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Teams skills
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders Ability to work without constant supervision in a decentralised environment.
Ability to function in a team environment
REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 (Matric) and 3 years Accounts Payable experience in a large corporate ERP environment
