Financial Needs Analysis Technical Support Agent PositionOur Client is the largest locally developed software solution for financial advisors serving the corporate and independent financial advisory market. Our Client has a persistent focus on innovation to develop next-generation technologies for financial advisors.
You will report to the Sales and Support Manager.

Responsibilities Your primary responsibility in this position is to provide support to financial advisors working on Our Client (CRM Software solution).You will have to provide telephonic, live chat, and email support and feedback on all incoming inquiries.Establish whether our advisors have a need for additional training or information sessions and set up such interaction.Identify and action necessity for changes to the system and communicate to the relevant parties. Log tickets in this regard.Testing of all new releases done on the system.Provide regular feedback and reports on all calls.Provide support on updating information as and when needed.Requirements RE5 or equivalent qualification in the Financial Services Sector.Experience working as a Para-planner.Proven work experience of at least one year as Financial Needs Analysis Technical Support Agent.A strong customer-focused approach.Language proficiency in Afrikaans and English.Ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written communication).Exceptional attention to detail.Self-starter and self-driven attitude.Ability to work in a team.
