Financial Manager: Plant Controller

Job Description:I am seeking a dynamic Plant Finance Manager who will play a critical role in driving strategic financial management to ensure profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities. This position involves developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting, CAPEX and Asset Management, and leading initiatives to improve our B-BBEE scorecard.Job Experience and Skills Required:BCom Accounting (articles completed is an advantage) or Completing CIMA (ACMA CGMA)3 to 5 years in a Manufacturing environmentExperience with cost accounting and inventory management, stock control and analysisIntercompany reportingManagement of 2-5 entitiesWorking knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and foreign exchangeExpert in ERP System usage: SysproIf you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
