Financial Manager - (Permanent)

Job Purpose:To manage the financial accounting function and provide support which inform sound strategic decision making required to optimize the performance and achieve the goals of the company. Key performance areas: Duties include but not limited to.Financial Planning:Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices. Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial and management reports. Report to the head office on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Cashflow Management:Compile company cashflow. Audits:Manage internal and external audits. Financial Record Management:Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records, transactions and documentation. Requirements:SAICA, CIMA, SAIPA or other relevant professional certification.Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial management.Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel. Kindly regard your application as unsuccessful if you have not heard from the agency within 2 weeks.
