Financial Manager Midrand

This large multinational is looking for an additional staff member due to internal promotion. Extensive training is offered. Travel on occasion is required.This position is to oversee and manage all General Ledger accounting functions, production of Financial Statements as well as the general management of the accounting department in a supportive roll to the Chief Financial Officer. This position entails the full accounting function including general ledger preparation, balance sheet recons, audit preparation. Responsibilities include the ability to ensure that work is accurately completed in a timely manner to ensure the overall financial results are reliable, accurate and completed within strict deadlines. B Com Accounting / CIMA or similar Accounting degree/ qualification. (Articles Essential) Advanced Excel knowledge Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial accounting role Acumatica exposure would be advantageous.
