As the Financial Manager, you'll lead the Accounts Team, analyse performance, and give sound financial advice to management. You'll own the full financial function, including Management Accounts, Cash Flow, Budgets, and more.Current direct report team size- 3Reporting to: DirectorIndustry- FMCG (fresh produce)What you'll own:Lead the Accounts Team & oversee financial opsPrep Management Accounts, Budgets, & Variance ReportsDeliver sharp financial insights to support management decisionsSubmit PAYE, VAT & UIFControl Debtors & Creditors for a healthy cash flowYou are:Degree-qualified in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years in the gameSkilled in Tax & Business ComplianceDetail-obsessed & Pastel-savvy (or any other software package)Cool under pressure with a laser focus on deadlinesAre keen to lead a team and bring them along with you as the business grows.This position is available immediately!
