If you're ready to take on this demanding yet fulfilling role, please send your resume to ******:Lead the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including journal processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and consolidation.Oversee the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely sign-off.Develop monthly cash flow forecasts and actively participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.Serve as a company secretary, ensuring compliance across the group.Manage reporting packs and coordinate external audit processes.Direct the annual preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and handle tax computation and submission.Monitor investee performance on a monthly basis.Play a key role in valuation preparation and review.Manage covenant monitoring and debt management processes.Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:Matric (Grade 12).BCom Accounting.BCom Honours.CIMA or ACCA or SAIPA.Experience:Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior accountant role and financial manager experience.Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a focus on Excel.Preferably, experience in a holding company or diverse group setting.CaseWare knowledge highly advantageous.Skills & Competencies:Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.A collaborative team player with high integrity.If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
