Financial Manager

This ever-growing business is seeking a proactive Financial Manager who thrives in a hands-on role. You will be at the heart of operational finance, supporting various business functions and ensuring efficient budgeting and reporting processes. This is a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the operations of a rapidly growing company, making an impact across multiple levels and cultures. Other duties include: Overseeing the full finance function, including reporting and budgeting. Supporting operational processes and providing strategic insights. Engaging with various teams to streamline business operations. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all financial activities. Contributing to process improvements and financial controls. Education: BCom Degree with completed articles. Additional qualifications like AGA(SA), CIMA, or Honours (preferred). Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-articles experience. Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, operational approach. Proven ability to work with people across different levels and cultures. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
