Reference: 9663 CM Consultant: ChristaMostertJob Description:Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Manage financial reporting and analysis.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Monitor cash flow and financial performance.Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.Supervise and mentor finance team members.Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes.Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.Optimize financial processes and systems.Qualifications:BCom Accounting at reputable tertiary institution with completed articles OR No articles, with 3 - 8 years financial management experience (within the Agricultural sector would be advantageous).Proven track record of:Financial principles, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Financial analysis, reporting and internal controls.Financial control systems, accounting procedures.Accounting standards, appropriate financial governance.M.S.
