Financial Manager

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant Accounting Degree and Honors Degree Completed Articles Previous costing experience Management/senior experience of around 5 years Experience with tax law Strong reporting experience Duties and Responsibilities: Financial: Manage all inputs for Cash flow, Debtors, Creditors, Treasury Authorise transactions and payments Comply with SARS Ensure payroll data is accurate Prepare budgets annually / quarterly Conduct variance analysis and report against actuals Report on all entities in the organisation Compile and sign off Annual Financial Statements Ensure reports are in relevant format Prepare audit packs In charge of inventory management Formulate price points Oversee procurement of stock Staff and Office Management: Provide guidance to staff regarding policies, operational procedures, and client servicing. Monitor the quality of staff work and decisions against operational standards. Manage staff training, development, and career development. Handle disciplinary and grievance processes. Control staff attendance and overtime. Manage SLAs with service providers.
