Minimum Requirements:Grade 12Relevant Accounting Degree and Honors DegreeCompleted ArticlesPrevious costing experienceManagement/senior experience of around 5 yearsExperience with tax lawStrong reporting experience Duties and Responsibilities:Financial:Manage all inputs for Cash flow, Debtors, Creditors, TreasuryAuthorise transactions and paymentsComply with SARSEnsure payroll data is accuratePrepare budgets annually / quarterlyConduct variance analysis and report against actualsReport on all entities in the organisationCompile and sign off Annual Financial StatementsEnsure reports are in relevant formatPrepare audit packsIn charge of inventory managementFormulate price pointsOversee procurement of stockStaff and Office Management:Provide guidance to staff regarding policies, operational procedures, and client servicing.Monitor the quality of staff work and decisions against operational standards.Manage staff training, development, and career development.Handle disciplinary and grievance processes.Control staff attendance and overtime.Manage SLAs with service providers.Manage 4 staff members in team PLEASE NOTE: Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
