Job Description:
Full financial function, including:

Providing advice and assistance to the Estate Manager
Treasury management
Asset management
Annual budget process
Management accounts
Annual audit and financial statements
Monthly billing runs
Month-end processes
Creditor & debtor management
Statutory submissions (VAT, PAYE, UIF, etc.)
Administrative responsibilities:

All statutory & regulatory reports and submissions
Insurance policies and claims
Utilities management
Contract management
Renewal of motor vehicle licences
Payroll management
Rental/lease agreements
Statistical surveys and reports
Additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3-5 years relevant experience in a management position
Previous experience with a Homeowners Association, or in the property or hospitality industries will be beneficial.
