FINANCIAL MANAGERJOB PURPOSE:To manage the financial accounting function and provide support which informs sound strategic decision making required to optimize the performance and achieve the goals of the company.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Duties include but not limited to:Financial PlanningDevelop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.Financial ReportingPrepare comprehensive financial and management reports.Reporting to head office on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Cashflow ManagementCompile the company's cashflow.AuditsManage internal and external audits.Financial Record ManagementEnsure accuracy and compliance of financial records, transactions, and documentation.REQUIREMENTS:SAICA, CIMA, SAIPA, or other relevant professional certification.Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial management.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
