Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Manage financial reporting and analysis.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Monitor cash flow and financial performance.Minimum Requirements:BCom Accounting at reputable tertiary institution with completed articles ORNo articles, with 3 - 8 years financial management experience (within the Agricultural sector would be advantageous).Proven track record of:Financial principles, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Financial analysis, reporting and internal controls.Financial control systems, accounting procedures.Accounting standards, appropriate financial governance.M.S. Office, Accounting software i.e Pastel and/or other.Managing financial team.
