Financial Manager

Situated in the heart of the Natal Midlands, this well-established client is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join their team.
Job Purpose:
Will be responsible for overseeing the financial functions of the organisation. This includes managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The Financial Manager will provide strategic insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial planning and analysis
Financial reporting
Cash flow management
Compliance and risk management
Stakeholder management

Qualifications and Skills:

Matric
Completed accounting-related degree with SAIPA registration will be advantageous
A minimum of 10 years relevant working experience
Pastel proficient
An understanding of BBBEE and Employment Equity
Understanding of payroll and procedures associated with payroll

Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across departments.
Must reside in / around PMB / Howick area - Kwazulu Natal
