FINANCIAL MANAGERWadeville, Gauteng The Finance Manager is primarily responsible to analyse financial data, develop budgets / forecasts, provide strategic direction, manage risks, and ensure financial goals are aligned with overall organisational goals. The candidate should be able to provide leadership, achieve financial and operational efficiencies within the business, and will be accountable for driving overall business performance. RESPONSIBILITIES:Providing leadership and overseeing financial accounting, driving business growth and monitoring business performanceFinance governance and monitoring / driving continues improvement in the finance function.Financial reporting: providing insight into the business and key drivers, through complete and accurate analysis on monthly reporting to assist with decision makingPresent monthly and quarterly review Management Accounts to group / executivesDrive efficient month end finalisation, through implementation of SOPUnderstand, manage and co-ordinate cost saving initiativesStrictly comply with group reporting timelines, and ensure financial compliance of the business meets group standardWorking capital management: Debtor management, Supplier relationship with key suppliers are maintained and timely payments and stock managementUnderstand capex requirement of the business, asset utilisation, CAPEX reporting and EVA modellingYearly financial audit and tax and deferred tax calculationsDriving and managing the preparation of the budgets, forecast including timely submission to groupContinuous engagement with finance staff, training, identification of areas for improvement and management of the finance team, to ensure optimal performance are maintained.Setting culture of finance continuously striving for better performance and managing accountabilityDriving ROCEReview and sign off of bi-weekly / monthly payroll reportsEnsure Statutory complianceUnderstand and provide insight into manufacturing and product costingFacilitating the import process REQUIREMENTS:B.Comm degree with postgraduate and completed articles / trainee contract5+ years' experience with at least 2+ years in Finance leadership role TO APPLY:If you would like to apply or receive more information about this position, please:apply online at www.casupport.co.za/vacancies orclick on the "Apply" button orforward a comprehensive CV to ****** with "FM WADEVILLE" in the subject line.
