Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with local and international standards. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing strategic insights to optimize resource allocation and profitability. Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital, ensuring financial stability and long-term growth. Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives. Ensure effective risk management by identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Oversee tax, VAT, and other regulatory compliance matters, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local tax laws and industry regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
Requirements: BCom in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent & Post-graduate qualification. 7+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
