Financial Manager

A Financial services company, with strong values, seeks to employ an experienced Financial Manager to join their dynamic and close-knit team based in Pretoria East. This role takes full responsibility for the accounting functions of the business and requires an accountable and hardworking individual.Job & Company Description:The purpose of this role will be to take responsibility for the full finance function of the business.This position will report directly to the CEO and Shareholders.Duties include, but are not limited to:Develop the financial well-being of the company by providing the full spectrum of financial servicesDraft monthly management accounts, and further recommendationsDebtors and Creditors ManagementCashbook and bank functions management (3 bank accounts)Cash flow managementReportingLiaison with external auditors at year-end, within collaboration with shareholdersEstablish finance and operational strategiesBookkeeping to balance sheetPrepare annual financial statementsAssist with the implementation of new systemsEducation:Completed BCom Finance or Accounting DegreeJob Experience & Skills Required:5 to 7 years' experience in a financial controllership role essentialInsurance, Financial Services industry experience essentialStrong analytical skillsStrong presentation and communication skillsStrong business partnering and reporting skillsBusiness and financial acumenMeticulous attention to detail
