Financial Manager

Our client, that is situated near Mbombela, is currently seeking a Financial Manager (Non-CA or CA(SA)) to join their finance team permanently. Duties and Responsibilities: Financial management Cash flow management Financial analysis and reporting Statutory compliance and reporting Business financial performance management Human capital management and development Skills and Qualifications: BCom Honours in Finance CA(SA) registration (preferred) At least 10 years financial management experience Experience in a manufacturing / FMCG environment The successful individual will require strong leadership and management skills to lead their team with knowledge, self-confidence, passion, and drive The ideal candidate should be detail orientated and conscientious You should have a strong sense of responsibility, an entrepreneurial sense, be tough minded, resilient, and adaptable Systems thinking Critical thinking and analytical skills Advanced MS Excel skills, MS Dynamics (NAV) or equivalent ERP system experience and Qlikview will be an advantage If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
