Financial Manager

The successful candidate will mainly be responsible for the following:Duties: Financial management.Cash flow management.Financial analysis and reporting.Statutory compliance and reporting.Business financial performance management.Human capital management and development.The successful individual will require strong leadership and management skills to lead his/her team with knowledge, self-confidence, passion, and drive.The ideal candidate should be detail orientated and conscientious.Should have a strong sense of responsibility, have an entrepreneurial sense, be tough minded, resilient, and adaptable.Systems thinking is crucial for this position, critical thinking and analytical skills is also non-negotiable. Job Experience & Skills Required: Completed Degree (CA(SA) or CIMA qualification would be beneficial)Minimum 10 years' experience within an Accounting and Financial Manager roleSyspro or MS Dynamics experience is essentialExperience within Manufacturing or FMCG industry is essentialBased: Whiteriver, Mpumalanga
