This involves providing coaching, delegating tasks effectively, and resolving conflicts within the team. Project Management: Overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required standards. Performance Management: Setting performance goals for team members, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback for development. Strategic Input and Business Development: Strategic Thinking: Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's overall strategy, aligning departmental goals with the bigger picture. Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing growth strategies for the team or department. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting additional business. Financial Acumen and Budgeting: Financial Analysis: Analysing financial data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and make informed business decisions.
