The ideal candidate will join a collaborative team focused on business success through sound financial leadership. The Financial Manager will report to the CFO and take responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and working capital management for the print division. This role involves supporting the leadership team with insights and financial strategies that drive performance and align with IFRS standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting & Management Lead financial operations and reporting processes for the print division. Provide guidance and insights to the management team, including the MD and Sales Head. Prepare monthly financial reports, including margin analysis and key variances. 2. Budgeting and Forecasting Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the division. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop sales and financial budgets. Present budget reports to senior management, ensuring deadlines are met. 3. Compliance, Audits & Governance Ensure financial reporting aligns with IFRS and corporate policies. Coordinate audits, address audit findings, and improve financial processes. Monitor compliance with statutory and company regulations. 4. Asset and Treasury Management Maintain an accurate fixed asset register and ensure compliance with IFRS 16. Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and payment reviews. Support working capital management to optimize cash flow and inventory. 5. Leadership & ERP System Management Mentor and manage two Management Accountants within the finance team. Provide expertise on ERP systems (Business Central) for financial reporting. Lead ad hoc financial projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements: BCompt degree. CA (SA) qualification required.
