Minimum Requirements BCom Hons Degree 10 Years relevant working experience Proficient on Word & Excel Knowledge of the Syspro system Ability to translate financial information onto graphs and other reporting tools Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet and statement of profit and loss Prepare monthly EXCO packs Authorise journals and review balance sheet recons Prepare monthly current and deferred tax calculations as per IAS 12 Prepare monthly forecast cash flows for business units Provide monthly report of slow-moving inventory Provide monthly report for bad debt provisions Manage Finance team Complete monthly VAT calculations Keep tax clearance certificate updated Lead the external audit of business units Provide KPI's to business executives in support of business decision Evaluate the economic value of assets vs carrying value Assist business executives analyse their monthly management accounts Review overhead cost allocations to COGS, admin and selling expenses Assist business units in the improvement of costing models Prepare annual budgets for business units, including P&L, balance sheet and ROIC Prepare annual financial statements in line with IFRS Prepare annual income tax return TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
