Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the financial operations within the manufacturing division, ensuring smooth financial processes and accurate reporting.Manage and control the inventory system, ensuring stock levels are appropriately tracked and accounted for.Provide financial insights related to production costing, including raw materials, labor, and overhead costs.Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and systems for operational efficiency.Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.Lead the financial planning and analysis for the manufacturing operations.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems. Key Requirements:Qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in operational finance, ideally within the manufacturing industry.Strong background in inventory control and production finance.Hands-on experience with costing models and financial analysis for production environments.Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a manufacturing context.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
