Duties: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends. Develop, implement, and maintain costing systems to ensure precise tracking of production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of BOM and WIP records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to create realistic financial plans that align with company objectives. Establish and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: BCom Accounting Degree. CIMA would be preferred. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of commercial experience. Knowledge: Costing, WIPs, and BOMs.
