Duties: Lead the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.Oversee day-to-day financial operations to ensure smooth and efficient financial management.Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they are following accounting standards and internal policies.Manage the budgeting process and prepare detailed forecasts to support business planning.Monitor financial performance against the budget and provide detailed variance analysis.
