Financial Manager

Qualifications and Experience:BCom Honours with completed articles (preferably SAICA or SAIPA).2-3 years of experience as a Financial Manager, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS.Lead monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Ensure accuracy and compliance in VAT submissions and tax computations.Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial records.Drive internal and external audit processes, ensuring successful outcomes.Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial systems.Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.Skills and Requirements:Proven leadership and financial management experience within the chemical or manufacturing sector.Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (experience with (specific ERP, if applicable) is a plus).Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight.Apply Now!
