As the Financial Manager, you will play a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring the financial health and growth of the organization. DutiesOversee and manage the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Prepare and review financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with the companys objectives.Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and business performance, providing recommendations for improvements.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.Develop financial strategies and perform risk management assessments to safeguard company assets.Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.Manage the preparation of tax returns and ensure efficient and effective tax planning.Provide financial analysis to senior management, enabling informed decision-making. Qualifications & skills:CA(SA) qualification is a mandatory requirement.Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in financial management or a similar role within the financial services or banking industry.
