Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives.Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights for decision-making.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including IFRS.Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and a high-performance culture.Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for financial improvement.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills:CA (SA) qualification is essential.Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a financial management role.Strong knowledge of IFRS and South African tax laws.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
