Our client, one of the most highly regarded Production Houses in SA,is searching for a unique Financial Manager to join their cohesive and high performing team in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.In this role you would require not only a sound understanding of best Financial Practice but also be an excellent communicator with the ability to "read the room" and communicate with suppliers, clients and staff in a manner which reflects the people focused values of the organization.The following criteria are absolute essentials in order for you to successfully fulfill the requirements of the role.A masters degree in accounting, or Business Administration OR a qualification as a Chartered Accountant.A minimum of 3 years experience in a strategic Financial Management role at an Exco level.Working experience or a deep understanding of the complexities associated with the world of visual media, media production and broad casting.Experience working in the Finance environment of a multinational, including a clear working knowledge of Forex and Tax implications.Proven ability to implement sound Finance strategy for an organization whilst at the same time working within the framework determined by the Global Head Office.Creative, innovative and solutions driven together with the ability to apply business acumen and commercial viability practices for the business.Proven success in the implementation of financial deal terms and risk mitigation.Leadership capability as opposed to Management experience.Brilliant EQ and ability to influence and "read the room", so as to establish and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.Respectful, honest, astute, agile, team player.A highly competitive and attractive remuneration package, together with the opportunity to work for a Global Broadcasting Powerhouse, will be on offer to the successful candidate.In line with the Employment Equity strategy of the organisation, preference will be given to candidates who fulfill the Employment Equity requirements of the business.
