Financial Manager

My client is one of the leading heavy manufacturing company specializing with mining equipment. The prosperous applicant will report to the Head of finance and will be responsible for developing and overseeing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity. Analyze costs and identify areas for cost reduction while maintaining operational efficiency. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to provide financial insights and address inquiries. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that inform business strategies and initiatives. Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance. Assess the financial implications of new projects or investments and provide recommendations based on thorough analysis. Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom honours or CIMA SAIPA or SAICA articles 4-6 years post-articles experience 2 years in a senior or managerial role Apply Now
