Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant regulations. Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and growth. Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy and business growth initiatives. Implement and monitor financial controls to safeguard company assets. Requirements: Fully CIMA qualified . 5 years of post-qualification experience in a financial management role. Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
