If you're ready to elevate your career and lead a high-performing team, this is your momentWhat We're Looking For:- Education: BCom Accounting or equivalent with at least 7 years in a similar role.- Advantageous: Postgraduate qualification (honours or equivalent).- Industry Experience: Consulting engineering industry preferred.- Skills: Cross-border experience, foreign currencies, strong accounting and financial skills, advanced MS Excel, and ProMan knowledge.Job Responsibilities:- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings.- Prepare and present management accounts and business unit reports.- Oversee statutory and QMS audits.- Monitor financial performance across the Group.- Budget preparation and management.- Provide financial insights to CFO/Head of Corporate Services and clients.- Manage cash flow, VAT returns, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and tax administration.- Interact with banks, auditors, and support accounting functions within the company.- Drive results through hands-on management and supervision of the finance team.- Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 and BMS standards.Special Requirements:- Ability to travel within South Africa and Africa.- Willingness to work overtime when needed. Ready to make a significant impact in the engineering world?
