Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Manage month-end and year-end close procedures Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and business strategy Lead and mentor junior finance staff Implement and maintain financial controls and processes Key Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager, preferably in the automotive industry Completed articles (CA(SA), ACCA, or equivalent) Strong understanding of financial reporting , budgeting , and forecasting Knowledge of IFRS and regulatory compliance Proficient in financial systems (ERP experience is advantageous) Excellent communication and leadership skills.
