Financial Manager

What Youll Do: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives. Oversee financial operations in South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria, ensuring smooth management and reporting. Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to boost efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with the Finance Director to enhance financial performance and strategic positioning. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of growth and development. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management. Ensure full compliance with tax and financial regulations across all operating regions. Provide in-depth financial analysis and recommendations to manage risks and seize opportunities. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Requirements: Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years in financial management. Experience in the music, entertainment, or a similar industry, is a plus. Deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements in South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria. Proven track record in leading and developing finance teams. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments and regions.
