Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial management and reporting processes for the business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Develop, implement, and manage financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with operational goals. Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management, guiding decision-making and investment strategies. Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development. Qualifications & Experience: Honours degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed articles (SAICA, SAIPA, or equivalent). Proven experience in the mining or energy industries is essential. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and compliance standards. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
