Duties: Oversee the full financial function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.Develop and manage the annual budget, including financial forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate closely with operational teams to provide financial insights that drive efficiency and performance improvements.Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability, optimizing working capital where possible.
