Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage the Debtors and Creditors departments. Oversee Treasury functions and intercompany loan reconciliations. Handle exports accounting and foreign exchange contracts (FEC). Administer insurance processes. Enhance financial processes and controls. Document critical financial processes and perform self-audits. Manage provisions, accruals, and Balance Sheet reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly management results. Oversee the fixed asset register. Develop and prepare the annual budget. Contribute to the preparation of Financial Statements and audit documents. Support the CEO with various projects and additional responsibilities as required. Skills and Qualifications: CA (SA) qualification is essential. 2-3 years of commercial experience; related work experience is advantageous. Strong accounting skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Efficient, organized, and accurate with excellent multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable with own transport.
