As a Finance Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing operational finance functions, managing financial reporting, and leading a high-performing finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial processes.
Youll play a key role in implementing financial strategies, optimizing cash flow, and providing meaningful analysis to senior leadership.
Exposure to multinational operations, especially across Africa, will be highly advantageous.
Experience & Skills Required: BCom Accounting/Finance qualification.
10 years experience in an operational finance role, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
Exposure to multinational environments (Africa exposure is a bonus).
Strong analytical and strategic financial skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
