Financial Manager Krugersdorp Gauteng  Our client in Krugersdorp operating in the manufacturing sector is looking for a qualified Financial Manager with 12 years plus years' experience. You need to be a qualified accountant in the sense of SAICA or SAIPA / ACCA. Solid Financial & Team management experience preferable from the manufacturing / construction environment. Experience with yearly financial statements, costings and budgeting. Salary: Market related – OFFICE BASED  Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Qualified Accountant – SAIPA OR SAICAPrevious experience in the construction / fabrication industry12+ years' experience as Finance Manager, managing a team of finance peopleKnowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, XERO, Excel and MS Office applications, for data entry, analysis, and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Duties:Responsible for the full reporting, secretarial, SARS compliance, payroll, HR, cash management, budgeting and audit preparation function for 3 companies.Streamline financial processes and procedures and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.Implementing cost-saving measures where possibleChecking and validating intercompany and related party transactions and accounts.Overseeing, authorising, cross checking of entriesUpkeep of fixed asset register for audit file and insurance purposes.Monthly and year end stock take over seeing and validating for monthly management statement and audit file for yearend Financial Statements.Compiling of yearend Financial StatementsCalculating and validating employee salaries on Payroll program and insuring complains with Statutory regulation form SARS. Please apply onlineFROGG Recruitment
