The Company was founded by Steve Harcourt-Wood in conjunction with a number of other industry specialists. The management team within the company have all had in excess of 100 years hands on working experience within the industry and are all specialists in their fields of application.
The Company has a long history in the traditional screen-printing industry, graphic and textile market segments, as well as in the graphic and textile printing industry. The excellent technical expertise and services within the company is held in the highest regard throughout Southern Africa.

Job Description:

Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and oversee financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health.
Budgeting: Prepare and manage annual budgets in alignment with company goals.
Financial Reporting: Produce accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Cost Management: Analyze and control costs to maximize profitability.
Revenue Management: Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and long-term goals.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Vendor Relations: Negotiate and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Financial Audits: Coordinate internal and external audits.
Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
Financial Systems: Maintain and improve financial systems and software.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.
Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate and manage potential mergers and acquisitions.
Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
Manage head of debtors and creditors.
Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
Drive the company's financial planning.
Assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop financial plans.

Minimum requirements:

Minimum 7 years post articles experience in a commercial environment, at least 5 years of which should be at Senior Management level.
Strong management and leadership abilities.
Strategic in outlook, while being detailed and analytical.
A deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
