Financial Manager

Oversee daily business activities and develop strategic plans to achieve company objectives Manage budgets, track targets, and ensure efficient financial reporting Monitor and enhance operational value chains, addressing inefficiencies with root cause analysis Drive innovations to improve productivity and optimize cost-effectiveness Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring operational and financial targets are met Lead stock management processes, ensuring accuracy and balance Maintain and optimize fixed assets, ensuring sustainability and efficiency Lead energy efficiency initiatives, reducing costs and improving reliability Engage with vendors and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and explore new business opportunities Manage team performance through hiring, training, motivating, and mentoring staff Ensure adherence to corporate governance and risk management protocols Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in financial and operational management within FMCG or manufacturing environments Strong understanding of IFRS, financial accounting, and management systems Proficient in Excel with excellent analytical and organizational skills Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities, with a focus on staff development and productivity Experience in risk analysis, budget processes, and corporate governance Qualifications: BCom Financial Qualification or Business/Commercial Management degree Completed articles with a focus on financial accounting Contact LEE-ANN SASMAN on
