Financial Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Financial Manager to join our client's team in Ogies, Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 4 years of industry-specific experience, ideally within the manufacturing sector. You will play a key role in overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and management of the financial systems, ensuring that the company maintains financial control while adhering to accounting standards and practices. Duties:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial forecasts. Work closely with other departments to manage budgets and drive financial performance.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth financial operations and avoid cash shortages.
Coordinate and manage the external audit process.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience: A minimum of 4years of relevant experience.
