Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations, improving overall business functions, and driving strategic growth. This role involves managing budgets, developing business plans, and ensuring effective communication of company goals. You will play a key role in hiring, training, and motivating staff, improving employee productivity, and supporting staff development.

Key responsibilities include managing operational costs, enhancing efficiency, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving indirect sales to improve revenue. You will be tasked with improving administration processes, managing vendor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Your focus will be on maintaining stakeholder relationships, driving business sustainability, and meeting key objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
A degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
Completed articles with financial accounting experience and a solid understanding of IFRS
At least 5 years of experience in financial and operational management, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
Experience in risk analysis, management reporting, and financial oversight
Strong skills in stock management and balancing
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A deep understanding of management systems and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High-level organizational and business administration skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and quality
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions
Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
Exposure to managing annual budgets and driving cost optimization
A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the improvement of the financial and operational value chain through streamlined, accurate, and timely reporting
Support the management team in tracking operational targets, addressing root causes, and implementing corrective actions
Monitor the operational value chain to ensure customer requirements are consistently met, driving cost-effective improvements
Innovate to enhance operational efficiencies and eliminate inefficiencies
Extend the useful life of fixed assets and ensure optimal use
Lead efforts to improve long-term sustainability, including energy efficiency in areas such as electricity, water, and fuel
